Oxygen cylinder filling center has been installed in CHC of Bilaspur tehsil on behalf of Radico Khaitan factory in Rampur district of Uttar Pradesh. To inaugurate it, Minister of State for Jal Shakti Baldev Singh Aulakh and District Magistrate Ravindra Singh Mandar were called. Minister of State Baldev Singh Aulakh was on his way to the inauguration program that in the middle of the way people stopped his luxury car and brought him down. After that walked on the muddy path.
उत्तर प्रदेश के रामपुर जनपद में रेडिको खेतान फैक्ट्री की और से बिलासपुर तहसील के सीएचसी में ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर फिलिग सेंटर लगवाया गया है. जिसका उद्घाटन करने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार के जलशक्ति राज्य मंत्री बलदेव सिंह औलख और जिलाधिकारी रविंद्र सिंह मांदड़ को बुलाया गया था. राज्य मंत्री बलदेव सिंह औलख उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में जा ही रहे थे कि बीच रास्ते मे लोगों ने उनकी लग्जरी गाड़ी रोक ली और उन्हें नीचे उतारा. उसके बाद कीचड़ भरे रास्ते पर पैदल चलाया.
